My Story
Welcome to Gluten Free Creations, Inc., a totally gluten free home-based bakery! I'm Lydia, proudly serving customers in the Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, and the Indianapolis, IN area at local farmers markets and through special orders. All items are scratch-made, delicious and can be accommodated for additional allergies and sensitivities. I started Gluten Free Creations, Inc. in 2014 a few years after I discovered my severe sensitivity to gluten. With my passion for baking, I knew there had to be something better out there to create than what was out on the store shelves. Every day I create delicious gluten free baked goods and enjoy serving those who need them.
